What it's about
Normally you have to be in the Instagram app for every post. Not anymore with Toolidol. When you first connect, you sign in to Instagram once to confirm the connection. After that you close the tab and schedule images, Reels and Stories straight from your Toolidol workspace.
Here’s how it works
Create a post in Toolidol, choose Instagram and publish your post immediately or later.
Schedule Instagram images
Upload an image, write a caption, add hashtags, pick a time. Toolidol publishes your scheduled post to the connected Instagram account, without you having to be there.
Schedule Instagram Reels
A short video generally goes out as a Reel. Choose "Short / Reel" or "Video". Instagram treats the video as a Reel in both cases.
Schedule Instagram Stories
You create image or video Stories in the same editor as feed posts and Reels. Schedule your Story and Toolidol publishes it automatically at the set time.
Post to Instagram and other networks at the same time
Choose Instagram together with other networks such as Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram or Threads. One piece of content for all connected accounts at once. If you override the caption, it is adapted per account.
Captions and hashtags that fit Instagram
Keep one default text and give Instagram its own caption and hashtags. The main line stays clean, because the hashtags live in their own field.
Instagram analytics in the dashboard
Toolidol imports account and post numbers: reach, likes, comments and follower counts. You see them in the dashboard and on each post.

Frequently asked questions
Can I schedule Instagram Reels with Toolidol?
Yes. Prepare the video, set caption and hashtags, pick a time. Toolidol publishes it as a Reel. You do not have to post it by hand in the Instagram app.
Can I schedule Instagram Stories?
Yes. Image and video Stories can be scheduled in advance. That way your Story sequence is right, without you having to open Instagram at exactly the right minute.
Does Toolidol support Instagram carousels?
Not yet. Every Instagram post is one image or one video. Carousels and mixed image-plus-video posts are not available in this version.
Can I set a first comment, collabs or product tags?
Not in this version. Toolidol publishes caption, hashtags and your image or video. Collaborator tags, product tags and a scheduled first comment are not included yet.
Can I answer Instagram comments or direct messages in Toolidol?
Not on Instagram yet. On Threads you can already load, write and hide replies.
Does Toolidol offer Instagram analytics?
Yes. Account and post numbers (reach, likes, comments, followers) are imported. You see them in the dashboard and on each post.
Do I need a professional Instagram account?
Yes. Meta only lets apps publish to Business or Creator accounts. A personal profile cannot be connected.
Can I post to Instagram and other platforms at the same time?
Yes. Schedule the content once and send it to every connected account that supports the format.
